This program formally, Interfaith Hospitality Network a national organization, joined forces with New Life Community to become Family Promise. The program provides hospitality, meals, interim housing, and support to homeless families in the Greater Cleveland area through a network of religious congregations. IPM supports Family Promise’s work to allow all children who are guests of Family Promise to be enrolled at their home school, and provides school supplies as well as financial support to defray the costs of transporting the children from churches (where families sleep) to school each day.
