Meet Ilze Fender: Champion of Empowerment. In honor of Women’s History Month, IPM celebrates Ilze's remarkable journey and dedication. Joining IPM in 2006, Ilze now serves as the Senior Director of Constituent Relations & Executive Assistant to the CEO since 2016. As a key member of the leadership team, she oversees IPM’s Annual Giving programs and supports the CEO in promoting IPM and managing donor relations.
