Tony Dowell lives in Rome, Italy.  He is an attorney in the Shipping & Logistics department at the United Nations World Food Programme in Rome, Italy.  Tony’s work with the agency helps to provide food to meet emergency needs and to support economic and social development.  Tony has extensive experience at the UN and other non-governmental organizations.  He has helped IPM develop a number of partnerships in the Great Lakes Region of Africa.
